Hilary Jones – Operations Director
Hilary joined Count On Us Ltd as the Regional Director for Scotland in 1998. This move followed a distinguished career in Regional and Local Government in Scotland working for Glasgow City Council and Strathclyde Regional Council. Moving to the Private Sector Hilary brought a wealth of experience in transport policy, long term monitoring, public transport; traffic management and design supported by an MSc in Transport Studies. Since joining Count On Us Hilary has been responsible for offices, numerous projects and also company implementation of ISO standards in Safety, Quality and the Environment; culminating in her current role as Operations Director as part of the Clearview Traffic Senior Management Team.

Brian McArdle - Scotland and Ireland
Brian joined Count On Us Ltd in 2002 having spent over 35 years working within the manufacturing and retail industries in a range of supervisory and senior management positions. Brian has brought invaluable expertise in staff management, budget control and complete project management to the business. Working in a number of positions within Count On Us, he has developed a range of important fieldwork skills and is utilizing these together with his leadership expertise in his latest role as Regional Director.

Sean Simmons – North
Sean joined Count On Us in 2000 as a Survey Manager and has 23 years experience, working in both the Public and Private Sectors for organisations including Reading Borough Council and WSP. During this time Sean was responsible for both Automatic and Manual Data Collection, Public Transport surveys and complete project management for transport planning. Throughout his time with Count On Us Sean has been responsible for a vast range of survey projects with particular expertise in RSIs and ATC monitoring contracts. He was promoted to Regional Director in 2008.

Stephen Jones – Wales and West
Stephen joined Count On Us in 2006 to set up the South Wales office, having accumulated over 20 years of direct experience in the field of Transportation Data Collection. His previous roles within the transport departments at Mid-Glamorgan County Council and Glamorgan Engineering Consultancy allowed Stephen to gain a breadth of knowledge managing and running transport surveys and large scale projects. Since joining Count On Us, Stephen has developed the business in Wales and the South West with rapid and sustained growth. He is now responsible for business development in both the UK and Ireland.

Dan Wallace – London and South East
Dan joined Count on Us in 2008 with great experience in client support, product delivery and team management from working within a number of technology led organisations. He also brought knowledge of the Traffic and Transport data collection industry, being the co-founder of the survey Company Modal Data Ltd. Dan’s appointment as the Business Development Manager for the London and South East region enabled him to extend his client facing expertise to a larger and more diverse client base supplying a wider range of services. His abilities and focus have culminated in his appointment to the role of Regional Director in 2009.

Aaron Corsi - Midlands and South
Aaron joined Count On Us Ltd in 1999 as part of the interview coding and analysis team where he developed a breadth of survey data analysis skills. Aaron quickly rose to the position of Senior Analyst, responsible for the Analytics team and for managing data from post-field collection to client delivery including all interview data for the UK. Aaron then moved to a Project Manager role utilising his experience and team management skills, during this time he also gained an accredited qualification from the Association of Project Management and is currently furthering his knowledge by taking an MSc in Transport Studies. Aaron has since taken the key role of Regional Director where he is responsible for the Midlands and Southern England.

Siva Nagarajah – Analysis Director
Siva joined Count On Us in 1998 within the London based analytics team. Following a Mathematical Sciences degree at University with first class honours, he gained a wealth of experience in Traffic data collection and analysis working within the Department for Transport. In the past 12 years with Count On Us Siva has provided invaluable analytical and reporting skills which has led to his latest role as Analysis Director, where he is responsible for the style, format and substance of all analysis throughout the organisation.

Matt Swales – Market Research Director
Matt joined Count On Us in 2008 to develop the organisations Market Research offering. He has bought over 15 years front-line experience from some of the biggest names in Market Research having previously worked for orgnaisations including Ipsos MORI, Gfk NOP and PwC Consulting. Matt has a broad experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and is combining this knowledge with experience in the traffic industry to bring a unique perspective to the Count On Us service. Matt has founded the successful Computer Aided Telephone Interview (CATI) unit within the business and provides targeted data collection for both internal and external clients.

Kevin Martin – Business Development Manager (London and South East)
Kevin joined Count On Us Ltd in 1997 with a strong background in Project Management. Since joining the team Kevin has utilized his experience to take control of a wide range of surveys of varying types and scale, ensuring a first class service, from client contact through to data presentation. In 10 years working for Count On Us Kevin has gained a in-depth knowledge of extensive transport data collection techniques and applications and is utilizing all this experience to help prospects and clients in his role as Business Development Manager.

Nick Tynan – Product Development Manager
Nick has worked within the transport data industry for over 30 years and has spent over 16 years with Count On Us. Nick has a great understanding of client side requirements, spending a number of years prior to Count on Us working for Scott Wilson Kilpatrick and Hertfordshire County Council. His survey knowledge and experience in project management has been utilized to the full, managing projects of all sizes and scale particularly during his times as Operations Manager, Regional Manager and later Regional Director for the business. This has culminated in his current role as Product Development Manager where Nick is responsible for the management of new business and opportunity development within the group.
